The Villas - Wadduwa, boutique hotel where Kent handled the total Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing scope. This boutique villa is operated by renowned ONYX Hospitality Group under the The Mosaic Collection. The Hotel consists of 32 exotic boutique villas, fine dining restaurant, swimming pool and spa area. World Renowned eco-friendly, green, Rigel bathroom sanitary ware, fittings and accessories were supplied and installed at this property.

Kent takes pride in successfully completing the MEP package for the entire property which has a 250 KVA Generator, VRV Air Conditioning units for all the Rooms and Common areas and a 630 A main panel board. The RO plant has a capacity of 25m3/Day whereas the STP is capable of 20m3/Day. The size of the swimming pools is 25x15m whereas the two water features are 35m long. All the water and fire pumps used are MAS DAF from Turkey.
