MECHANICAL WORKSHOP

We believe in fabricating the essentials on our own with the highest quality instead of depending on the third party which could compromise the quality. We have established our workshop equipped with cutting-edge technology and highly experienced set of workforce. Our mechanical workshop provides all kinds of cutting, bending and assembling processes. We fabricate all kinds of specialized steel, stainless-steel and non-metal works as per the client requirements in accordance with international standards and certifications. Our qualified group of bar benders and welders possess excellent technical knowledge and lucrative skill set. Our workshop is equipped with ranges of metal benders, guillotines, workbenches, pan brakes, ladders, sawing, grinding, drilling and welding machines for responding to the necessary purposes. We carry out steel fabrications such as bowser tanks, pressure vessels, HVAC duct pre-fabrications etc. We also carry out pre-fabrication of pump headers and other pre-fabrication work which make the site work easier.

We encourage all our sites to pre-fabricate and maximize the quality of our installation works at site. Our mechanical workshop carries out pre-fabrication works for all types of MEP installations. We strongly believe that pre-fabricating improves the quality of our products.

PANEL WORKSHOP

We have a dedicated team of specialized electricians who manufacture the electrical control panels for all design applications. All the control panels are manufactured in accordance to IEC 60394-1/ BS EN 5689-1 standards. All our products are tested prior use to ensure the highest level of quality and operational safety.
