1.    The experience will provide an extension of the classroom: a learning experience that provides for applying the knowledge gained in the classroom. It must not be simply to advance the operations of the employer or be the work that a regular employee would routinely perform.

2.    Shared experiences with the current employees will help you to apply your skills or knowledge learned in a way that it will be transferable to any employment settings.

1.    What happens to my resume when I submit it to your database?

Our HR Departments do their best to review the candidate pool for open positions daily. If the applicants are matchingwith our requirement, we will send your resume on to the top level managers. If they are interested in you, the HR Department will contact you for a phone interview. If that goes well, you will be invited for in-person interviews to Head Office.

2.    When Should I expect to hear from you?

If you are the selected candidate you will be invited foran interview as mentioned above. If you haven't heard from us within two weeks, please assume your application has been disqualified at this time. We wish we had the bandwidth to respond to all applicants who are not a match at the time, but time and volume prevent us from doing so. The good news is that your resume is kept on file and it will be reviewed again if betterposition/opportunitycome up.

5.    What’s the interview process?

Most likely you will have a phone interview with a member of the HR department first, which may be prefaced byfew information gathering. If this interview goes well, HR Department will advocate on your behalf for an interview with the senior managers. If the manager approves, you will be invited for an in-person interview with the Department Head. Preliminary Interview goes to determine whether the applicant’s skills and abilities are matching toperform the required job.If you are selected,then you will face an IQ and personality test.Finally the second interview which will be a more in-depth one-on-one interview with the person you originally interviewed together with top management of the company.

If you don't have a resume, you can create a profile, even if you're not applying for a specific job. We'll consider you for jobs that match your skills. However, eventually you will need a resume as the introduction of you to the interviewers.
